SOLUTION

Built from learned needs and studied shopping habits, we developed a design strategy creating signage for the means of clearly expressing the Vitamin Shoppe image. Straightforward, legible, visible signage was positioned throughout the store, carefully planned to serve as a virtual sales associate allowing customers to find products easier. For a unique customer experience and added value, the brand messaging offered products, price, and included benefits for maintaining and/or improving a healthy lifestyle, while strengthening the retailer’s voice and position among competitors in the marketplace.
